System Introduction
The automatic feeding system is a product developed by our company for pig farms. Driven by a three-phase AC motor, a scraper chain passes through the pipe to hang feed from the tank to the pig house. The feed line pipeline passes above the trough where the pigs eat, and there is a three-way feed opening at each trough position. The feed automatically flows into the trough driven by the chain. This system can be applied to the measurement equipment for precise feeding of sows in positioning pens of fattening pig houses and breeding pigs.
The automatic feeding system can automatically transport the feed in the tank to the pig feeding trough. The feeding is controlled according to time. Multiple time periods can be set for feeding every day. When the start time is set, the three-phase AC motor Turn on the power, drive the scraper chain, and start conveying materials. When the set shutdown time is reached or the sensor detects that the feed is full during feeding, the three-phase AC power supply will be cut off and the feeding will stop. It is recommended that users set three time periods: morning ~ noon ~ afternoon ~. The control box uses a mature microcomputer time control switch, which can set up to a time period every day. Each feeding time is determined by the length of the feed line in the pig farm, the number of pigs, and the feed intake of the pigs.
The automatic feeding system can realize fully automatic operation, save manpower and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
